Workers' Compensation Board of Alberta - Pre-qualification Request - 2427KF Pre-Qualification Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment

The WCB is seeking pre-qualification Responses from Suppliers for the provision of Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment products, installation, and consultations services on an “as required” basis. It is the WCB’s intention pre-qualify approximately two (2) to three (3) Suppliers for each of the categories outlined in the PQD. The aim of this process is to develop a list of qualified suppliers to support the WCB’s space planning and facility services project plans. The outcome of the process is designed to ensure WCB has agility with Suppliers as project needs arise. This PQD document consists of several sections. Please ensure that all sections are included as set forth in Section 6.3 Response Table of Contents. The WCB’s expectation is that the Successful Supplier(s) will provide goods and services that will include, but not be limited to supply and install (if applicable) of furniture, fixtures and equipment, account management including invoicing, change orders, customer service, and escalation processes, maintenance and warranty services, and supplemental associated services as requested such as sustainable furniture disposal and reconfiguring layout of existing furniture. The expectation is that the Supplier will advise the WCB on new and upgraded technologies that will assist or help the WCB improve their Corporate Sustainability goals and initiatives. Suppliers are encouraged to submit on one or multiple categories of services that are required in this PQD.
