City of Calgary - Request for Proposal - 23-1680 Parks and Open Spaces Seasonal Lighting - Installation and Removal

The City of Calgary (The City) is seeking proposals from qualified and licensed Proponents for Seasonal Light Installation and Removal which requires: - Procure ornaments and light fixtures if required; - Pick up, deliver, install, repair ornaments and light fixtures for a defined period; - Remove, inspect, inventory and deliver working and appropriately packaged ornaments and lighting fixtures to the designated City location for storage; and - Provide miscellaneous items known as shop supplies if required The City wishes to select and secure the services of one (1) Proponent to carry out all requirements listed in this RFP. The winter holiday lighting is the major portion of annual work. However, the scope of works is not limited to winter holiday lighting and ornaments. If any other work is required outside of the winter holiday, it will be on call basis. This RFP is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to the Submission Deadline that they are prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories: C7400201 Buildings Electrical Contractor.
