City of St. Albert - Request for Proposal - NG911 Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Records Management Systems (RMS) Software

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Supply and Installation of NG911 Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Records Management System (RMS) Software, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The successful proponent will be responsible for providing the NG911 Computer-Aided Dispatch and Records Management Systems Software system solution, its implementation, maintenance and support and relevant professional services. The system will support emergency and non-emergency calls for the City’s secondary site in St. Albert Fire Department. The City is open for either on-premises or cloud-based solution. If The Proponent offers both options, submit a separate proposal for each. All correspondence regarding this opportunity will be communicated through Bids&Tenders only. Bids will only be received through the electronic bidding system. Hardcopy submissions are not permitted.
