Education - Request for Qualification - For the Provision of Digital Learning and Teaching Resources to Support Curriculum

Vendors are encouraged to download the updated RFQ documents from the APC. There is no action required from Vendors that have already submitted a Response Package to the RFQ.* The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) is to establish a pool of Pre-Qualified Vendors, who have Digital Learning and Teaching Resources (LTR) that they wish to have considered for licensing by Alberta Education. Under this RFQ, Pre-qualified Vendors will have the opportunity to submit their Digital LTR for consideration by Alberta Education through a Request for Resources (“RFR”) process. The types of Digital LTR that may be considered under this RFQ include but are not limited to: demonstration, game, simulation, support material, tool, graphic organizer, book, video, audio, guide and lesson plan. Alberta Education may license successful Digital LTR for the purpose of making the licensed Digital LTR available to Authorized Students and Authorized Teachers, for use in connection with the delivery or completion of an education program, through Alberta Education’s Curriculum Platform. All Pre-Qualified Vendors will remain pre-qualified until February 28, 2025, or until such time the Ministry exercises its right to deactivate the Pre-Qualified Vendor List.
