Nordegg Stage 1 Residential Phase 2 Request for Proposal Landscaping

Clearwater County (CWC) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Landscaping work. The scope of work includes planting of trees in the boulevard between the curb & gutter and the sidewalk along Lily Avenue and Center Street. The objective of the RFP is to evaluate the Proponent’s experience, schedule, and fees to provide the services for this assignment. The following outlines the general requirements for the proposal document to be used as the basis for awarding the project. Proposals must be submitted in PDF to Clearwater County via email at: procurement@clearwaterwater.ca, and gsentis@mpe.ca. Files are not to exceed 10 MB in size. Proposal from file share sites will not be accepted. Proposals must be submitted on or before the time and date set by for receiving bids as noted in Section 10. Proposals submitted after the closing time will not be allowed. This proposal is irrevocable and open for acceptance for a period of thirty (30), days from the date of the closure of the proposal. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities in, or reject any or all proposals, or accept the proposal deemed most favorable in the interest of the Owner.
