Hanson Ranch Wetland Improvements

1.This RFI is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to the Submission Deadline that they are prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories:Stormwater Ponds&Wetlands C7200107, Trenchless Water & Sewer C7200101, Earthworks C7000001, Landscape Construction C7000300, Landscape Maintenance C7000299, Outfall/RiverbankErosionProt C7200104, Asphalt Road Works C7000100, and Concrete Road/Sidewalk Works C7000200. 2. The City of Calgary (“The City”) is seeking information and recommendations from vendors regarding contracting strategy for the redesign and reconstruction of an existing constructed wetland type of stormwater facility. The information supplied by the potential vendors will help reduce the risk of impacts to the community and West Nose Creek as well as provide an opportunity to enhance the Project and surrounding park area. The responses received from this RFI will assist The City in determining the procurement strategy for the significant improvements to the facility and meeting regulatory requirements. No commitment exists under this RFI and no award will be granted. This opportunity is published solely for the purpose of collecting market information and obtaining a list of interested bidders for potential future procurement.
