NOTICE OF UPDATE OF RFPQ 06-006

This RFPQ notice is open to all interested vendors. RFPQ 06-006R5 has been updated to reflect current trade agreements, current terms and conditions, removal of the Light Rail Transit - Traction Power, Signals and Communications discipline and other updates. The current version of RFPQ 06-006 is attached on page 2. The effective date of this change is 2023 February 06. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
