Request for Proposal For Telecom Network Planning and Design Software Solution

This Request for Proposal (the "RFP") is an invitation by SaskTel to qualified Suppliers to submit proposals for a Telecom Network Planning and Design Software Solution.  SaskTel is looking for a vendor to supply a robust Telecom Network Planning and Design Software Solution to replace SaskTel’s current GIS based outside plant design system. The solution will provide full lifecycle management of SaskTel’s network facility records and network processes. This includes network planning, design, construction, field interaction & markup, and as-build management. The procurement is strictly for a software solution.

This procurement is covered by Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CaFTA) and Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic Trade Agreement (CETA) between Canada and the European Union.

Suppliers interested in participating in this opportunity must do so via SaskTel’s e-Sourcing tool with Ariba.

Suppliers not yet registered with SaskTel’s Ariba domain, must first complete the Self Registration process by clicking on the link provided below.  Suppliers not registered and approved with SaskTel’s Ariba e-sourcing tool, will not be able to participate in this opportunity.
