Carnduff – Repair Roofing at Sunset Haven Care Home

Saskatchewan Health Authority ("SHA") seeks Bids from qualified contractors to perform the following work:
Construction services at Sunset Haven Care Home, 415 Spencer Street, Carnduff, SK, S0C 0S0 to replace the roofing system on sections 4 & 5. Information in this Section is provided only to establish general description. The Contractor is responsible for visiting the site and satisfying themselves as to the existing conditions, roof composition, size of roof areas, etc. before submitting their Bid. All discrepancies between the provided information and the onsite conditions is the responsibility of the Contractor.
a) Roof Section 4 has an approximate area of 3,700 ft2 (343 m2). The existing roof structure and roof system are as described below.
1. Wood Deck
2. 2 Ply Vapour Barrier
3. 1-1/4 inches (31 mm) EPS Insulation
4. 1/2 inch (13 mm) Fiberboard Insulation
5. 4 Ply Built Up Roof Membrane
6. Aggregate
b) OPTIONAL PRICING: Roof Section 5 has an approximate area of 375 ft2 (35 m2). The existing roof structure and roof system are as described below.
1. Wood Deck
2. 2 Ply Vapour Barrier
3. 3/4 inch (18 mm) EPS Insulation
4. 1/2 inch (13 mm) Fiberboard Insulation
5. 4 Ply Built Up Roof
as described in the Contract Documents listed below.
