The project involves a series of renovation and construction tasks aimed at the installation of a new modified bituminous roofing for the Weymouth Consolidated School Gym Roof. The scope covers : the provision of all materials, labour and equipment necessary to complete installation of new modified bituminous roofing. The work includes the removal of existing roofing and installation of all new materials from deck up as indicated in the specifications and drawings.
