MODG Parks and Recreation Master Plan

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS THE MUNICIPALITY OF THE DISTRICT OF GUYSBOROUGH “MODG Parks and Recreation Master Plan” The project objective is to obtain professional expertise to prepare a comprehensive and sustainable Parks & Recreation Master Plan for the entire MODG. This project will include a complete review of all current recreation related facilities and programs. This review must include the extensive network of trails within the Municipality as well as all cultural facilities or programs available to the public. The final Master Plan must provide recommendations for recreational facilities (including trails) and programs for a minimum 10-year period (2024 – 2034). The new Parks & Recreation Master Plan must promote facilities and programs that address diversity, remove barriers, promote wellness for all ages, address current gaps in service and provide accessibility to all.
