RFP - Planning, Design, and Conformance (PDC) Consulting Services for QEII Health Sciences Centre Halifax Infirmary Campus

This Request for Proposals (the 'RFP') is an invitation by the Province of Nova Scotia (the 'Province') to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Planning, Design and Conformance ('PDC') and enabling project consulting services for QEII Health Sciences Centre Halifax Infirmary Campus Expansion Project ('HIEP' or the 'Project') as further described in the RFP Particulars. The Province is seeking the services of a PDC consulting firm with expertise in the Design, Build, Finance and Maintain ('DBFM') method to provide project management and architectural services while engaging the proper disciplinary expertise required to execute the deliverables. In addition to the PDC services with respect to the DBFM Project, the Province is seeking additional support for the renovation planning on the existing Halifax Infirmary site in support of the HIEP. To access the contents of the Ariba Sourcing Event, including the RFP documents, proponents must complete and accept the Non-Disclosure Agreement in Ariba.
