This work comprises demolition, precast demolition, exterior siding, interior architectural works, mechanical and electrical works, specialty fittings and finishes, and all associated work, as indicated by the attached Tender Drawings and Specifications. The work includes multiple examination rooms, a waiting area, staff areas, a lab, collaborative space, washrooms, and meeting rooms.
