    Description
Toronto Metropolitan University (the “University”) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather information and schedule strategy discussions (via a conference call or video call) from interested Suppliers or Manufacturers with experience in developing EHS Management Technology Solutions.
The intent of this information gathering, and discussions is to obtain service and application feedback from Manufacturers or Suppliers to assist the University in developing a more technologically sound EHS digital management system.
The University firmly believes that participation will be mutually beneficial to both the Supplier/Manufacturers and to the University; however, participation in these discussions are completely optional (for clarity, they are NOT mandatory in order to participate in the future RFP or RFPs).

Proponents are requested to RSVP to the RFI Contact to participate in these discussions. Please identify:
    1. The Contacts that will be attending the discussion (Names, Job Titles or Areas of Expertise); and
    2. The preferred date/time for the call (as shown in the table below). Due to the number of Suppliers that may RSVP, please complete the form below by ranking preference of the session you wish to attend and submit to bids@torontomu.ca on or before the RSVP deadline. A RSVP RFI Discussion Session Preferences Form has been posted with the RFI document on Merx.

The University plans to conduct discussions during these dates/times (all time is local Toronto time):

    Session # 1 October 15, 2024, 1:00 to 2:00 PM EDT

Please RSVP as soon as possible. Timeslots will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once your timeslot is confirmed, the University will provide a link to the conference-call or video-call.
The University reserves the right to add/modify these timeslots. If none of the timeslots will work for your team, please suggest alternatives, and the University will try to accommodate. For clarity, the University may not be able to accommodate any Proponent suggested timeslots. If Proponent response exceeds the sessions, the University may consider additional sessions.
