Vendor of Record - Civil Engineering Consulting Services

This Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") is an invitation by The Niagara Parks Commission (“NPC”) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals to select firms for the purpose of establishing a Vendor of Record List (“VOR List”) for the provision of civil engineering consulting services on an as needed basis for various locations throughout NPC. The process to select firms for the purposes of establishing the VOR List will commence with the issuance of this RFQ and will terminate when NPC identifies Vendors of Record to establish the VOR List for the Services as further described in the RFQ document.

Proposals Submitted Only in Prescribed Manner
NPC uses a Bonfire portal for accepting and evaluating proposals digitally. Do not send hard copies.

Proponents must upload the Requested Documents prior to the closing date/time specified on Bonfire portal for this bid opportunity. We strongly recommend that you submit your submission the day before the closing date/time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission. There is no cost to vendors who wish to register, download a bid document or submit a response.
