The need to renew acute care healthcare infrastructure to serve Kitchener-Waterloo and beyond is a necessary priority for Grand River Hospital and St. Mary’s General Hospital. Building on past successful collaborations, these two hospitals in partnership with their respective Foundations are collaborating to implement a Joint Master Plan. Having submitted the Stage 1 Proposal to the Ministry of Health in May 2022, the Hospitals are now focused on identifying a potential site for a new acute care hospital. The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select one (1) Proponent with whom to contract for Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Advisory Services on behalf of Grand River Hospital and St. Mary's General Hospital. The Hospitals are inviting proposals from qualified firms with the proven skills, resources, and relevant experience in Real Estate Advisory Services in the capacity of supporting the Hospitals in the execution of a two-stage site selection process.
