The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Labour, Consumer Protection & Government Services, Asset Management, seeks to select a qualified Contractor through a Two (2)-Part Tender Process to provide asbestos and mould abatement and remediation services (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment) on an as-and-when requested basis for Asset Management owned and leased facilities throughout the Province of Manitoba.

Agreement Term:   Two (2) Years commencing upon contract award
                                    Plus two (2) x one (1) year extensions
  UPLOAD 1 – PREQUALIFICATION SUBMISSION

1. 1. 1. The Prequalification submission shall consist of the following components:
         1. Status in Relation to Manitoba Form (Form D1);
         2. Business Information and Experience (Form D2); and  
         3. Technical Submission;

NOTE: Bidders should not include references to prices within their Technical Submission.
UPLOAD 2 – FINANCIAL BID SUBMISSION

1. 1. 2. The Financial Bid submission shall consist of the following components:
         1. Form of Offer (Form D3); and
         2. Price Form (Form D4)

Manitoba intends to award agreements to the two lowest qualified bidders.
