RFP for Fire Record Management System (RMS)

E-COMM is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit submissions from qualified and experienced vendors (the "Proponent") for the provision of a Fire Record Management System ("RMS") solution.  E-COMM is looking to select and contract with a supplier for the acquisition of a Fire RMS software solution, as well as associated configuration design, implementation, and ongoing support and maintenance services (the "Services").  E-COMM is open to both software-as-a-service (Saas) and on-premise solution options.  The Services and requirements are further described in Appendices E - L.

Proponents must contact the Authorized Contact and execute a signed Receipt Confirmation Form, as attached in Appendix A, and a Confidentiality Agreement, as attached in Appendix B in order to receive the additional Appendices E - L.
