Brief Description of Work
The purpose of this RFP is to invite Proponents to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to provide BC Housing with Development Consultant Services (the “Deliverables”) for the three new constructions projects in the Northern Region as listed below.
Project# 1 . 530 Carson Ave. Quesnel BC. -Design-tender
Project # 2. 3879, 3887, 3895 Alfred Ave, Smithers, BC
Project# 3. 2802, 2804, 2812 Tetrault St, Terrace – Design Build
Through this RFP process, BC Housing is seeking to enter into a contract (the “Contract”) with one or more experienced, qualified suppliers (the “Supplier”) to provide the Deliverables.
