Description
The Royal BC Museum (RBCM) invites Qualified Respondents to submit Proposals for the provision of 24 X 7 Security Services to the Royal BC Museum at the RBCM Properties at 675 Belleville Street, Victoria, British Columbia and as may be required at the RBCM's Additional Properties.
The Contractor will supply the required expertise and personnel to provide the highest levels of security to the RBCM, understanding the need of providing security while at the same time providing exceptional service.
The RBCM intends to enter into one (1) Contract with the highest scoring Proponent who meets all the mandatory criteria. The anticipated term of the Contract is five (5) years commencing on April 1, 2024, with an option to extend at the sole discretion of the RBCM for five (5) additional terms of up to one (1) year each for a maximum Contract term of ten (10) years.
If there is a change in service provider from the incumbent to a new Contractor, then the term will include an additional one month transition period as set out in section 5 of Appendix G - Scope and Services, starting on March 1, 2024.
