ICBC is seeking a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider for enterprise-level social media management. The service shall include channel management, monitoring and analytics, account management and support that meets ICBC’s following objectives, preferably in a single platform. The solution is expected to reference benchmarks, best practices and implementations within organizations similar in size and scope of ICBC (for example: other Crown Corporations, public sector employers, or insurance companies).
Prospective suppliers can access the solicitation documents and submit proposals through ICBC's Bonfire portal.
All communication from and to ICBC including questions, solicitation document amendments, responses to questions and other information will also be published on ICBC's Bonfire portal. It is the prospective supplier's sole responsibility to ensure that they access all new and updated information.
