MANDATORY ON-SITE INFORMATION MEETING
Bidders must attend a site visit on the specified date and time below:
Date: Tuesday, March 19, 2024
Time: 2:00 pm PT
Location of Site Meeting: Front entrance of Casa Serena (2610 Grandview Hwy S, Vancouver)
Site visits begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above.
A sign-in sheet will be provided, and all Bidders are required to sign in. Note that submissions will only be reviewed for those Bidders who have attended and signed the sign-in sheet. No exceptions to this will be permitted. All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.2 Timetable.
Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
Brief Description of Work
The work includes the renewal of the rooftop make-up air units and roof replacement and as further set out at Appendix E – Specifications and Drawings
All roofing work is to conform to the Roofing Contractors Association of BC (RCABC) Roofing Practices Manual (RPM). Roofing Contractor must be a member in good standing with RCABC.
