This Request for Statement of Qualifications (the “RFSOQ”) is an invitation by the city to prospective and qualified Respondents to submit their qualifications with post-tension evaluation, design, and construction oversight services, as described in Section 4.This RFSOQ is the first stage of a two-stage process. The second stage includes negotiation starting with the highest ranked Respondent to select one or more suppliers, see Section 3.3.
