Description
Request for Supplier Qualification (RFSQ) # 2022010147 has been issued to inform the market that the University of British Columbia is seeking experienced and qualified suppliers for the provision of Catering Services at UBC Robson Square.
Each successful Proponent will be invited to enter into negotiations for a Services Agreement with UBC, and if an agreement is reached, become named on the List of Pre-Qualified Suppliers.
UBC may, from time to time, acquire Event-Specific Services from one or more of the Pre-Qualified Suppliers, subject to the terms described in this RFSQ, under the provisions of Event Specific Order Forms.

Addenda (which may include additional information, clarifications or modifications) will also be published via UBC 's Bonfire portal. It is the interested party's sole responsibility to ensure that they receive all Addenda.
