Summary
The BC Ministry of Forests, needs to replace its roof on the service building. Built in 1980, this roof is at the end of lifecycle. The successful bidder with work with Read, Jones Christofferson who will act as roofing consultant in the replacement of this roof. The successful bidder, is to remove the existing roof, remove and dispose of all resultant waste, supply and install a new roof as per drawings and specifications. A complete description of the works is described within the specifications and drawings that accompany this tender. Specimen contract documents, Conditions of Tender, Tender Offer Form and Tender Offer Envelope also form part of this package.
Mandatory Site Viewing
Attendance at a mandatory site meeting is required prior to submitting the Tender.
A mandatory Site meeting will be held on Wednesday May 8 at 10:30 AM (local time) address 7060 Forestry Road, Mesachie Lake BC V0R 2N0. Meet at Technician Office, then make our way to service building.
