Notice is hereby given that Capital Regional District (the “CRD”), intends to extend the term of an existing Contract (No. 2020-561) to the following supplier to continue providing its web-based platform for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting sewer flow data. The proposed contract extension is for an additional five (5) years at an estimated value of $30,000 per year.

In accordance with applicable trade agreements, CRD has chosen not to proceed with a new competitive process for the following reasons:
Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection for the attention of Shari McCreesh, by email to PurchasingIWS@crd.bc.ca before 2:00pm Pacific Time, February 26, 2024. CRD will review any and all issues received by this date and provide due consideration to each objection.
