Project Management Consultant Services
for E301-00 MMH TRIM Deroche Restoration

Fraser Health Authority (FHA) intends to extend the contract with HSM Consulting Ltd. for continued Project Management Services to the E301-00 MMH TRIM Deroche Restoration (Project). HSM Consulting Ltd has provided project management services to date and the project is nearing substantial completion in December 2023. The extension of Project Management Services is required due to changes in project scope, change management coordination, management of schedule acceleration to mitigate delays on the project and operational impacts with CST implementation.
The maximum value of this contract award will be in the range $115,360.00 - plus tax. FHA FM and FHA have chosen not to complete an additional competitive process and extend the current contract with HSM Consulting Ltd for the following reasons:
- HSM Consulting Ltd has already completed the role of Project Management Services up to and including nearing substantial completion in December 2023.
- HSM Consulting Ltd has immediate availability of resources to continue the scope of work for completion of the project management services without interruption and with no impact to tight project schedule.
- HSM Consulting Ltd has extensive and detailed knowledge of the TRIM Deroche Restoration site and project, existing systems, policies and practices.
- HSM Consulting Ltd has established close working relationships with the Project stakeholders.
- HSM Consulting Ltd carry Commercial General Liability insurance.
- HSM Consulting Ltd are in good standing with Worksafe BC.
