2023/24/25 Mosquito Control & Surveillance Program
The Owner, the City of Salmon Arm offers to receive Quotes for the project entitled “2023/24/25 Mosquito Control & Surveillance Program” in accordance with the following quote conditions:
Quote Documents, may be requested electronically by email from Darin Gerow at dgerow@salmonarm.ca, on, or after, January 27, 2023.
- Quotes must be submitted on the Supplementary Quote Forms provided.
- SEALED Quotes, clearly marked, CITY OF SALMON ARM, PO BOX 40, SALMON ARM, BC V1E 4N2 “2023/24/25 Mosquito Control & Surveillance Program” will be received by the Chief Administrative Officer, City of Salmon Arm P:ublic Works Office, 100 – 30 Street SE, Salmon Arm, BC, up to 2:00 PM Local Time, Friday, March 3, 2023.
- The City of Salmon Arm is accepting Proposals for their Mosquito Control Program. The City of Salmon Arm Program mosquito larvicide program is operated under the City of Salmon Arm Pest Management Plan. The mitigation program is to include surface water larviciding for vector mosquito species, catch basin larviciding for vector mosquito species and catch basin larviciding.
- Quote Documents, may be requested electronically by email from Darin Gerow at dgerow@salmonarm.ca, on, or after, January 27, 2023.
- The City of Salmon Arm reserves the right to waive informalities in or reject any or all quotes or accept the quote deemed most favourable in the interests of the City of Salmon Arm. Without limiting the generality of the forgoing, any Quote which is incomplete, obscure, irregular, has erasures or corrections in the price sheet, unit prices omitted, may be rejected. Awards shall be made on quotes that will give the greatest value based on quality, service and price. Preference shall be given to local suppliers where quality, service and price are equivalent. The City of Salmon Arm will not accept responsibility for the costs incurred by a quote for the preparation and submission of a quote or, for loss of potential profits where a quote is not awarded. The lowest or any quote will not necessarily be accepted.
