Fraser Valley Highway 1 Corridor Improvement Program Highway 1 – Fishtrap Creek Culverts Replacement

Replace culverts 3 and 7 with new trenchless installed smooth wall steel pipe to improve climate resiliency and fish passage at highway crossings. The work includes diversion culverts for bypass pumping for maintenance, construction of temporary and permanent access routes to culvert sites for construction and long-term maintenance, rehabilitation of existing culverts for re-use as maintenance diversion pipes and restoring upstream and downstream channels to mitigate erosion and improve fish habitat.
