Description
This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is the second stage procurement as set out in Single Project RFPQ #1070-2425-083A issued on May 30, 2024 and is an invitation by BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) to Pre-Qualified Proponents to submit proposals for Construction Management Services for construction of a new Supportive Housing building (“the Project”) to be located in Lower Mainland BC and as further described in this RFP and attached Appendices.
This opportunity is ONLY available to pre-qualified organizations resulting from the first stage RFPQ 1070-2425-083A Construction Management Services - Supportive Housing, Lower Mainland BC issued on May 30, 2024.
Only the invited, prequalified Bidders listed below may participate in this tender process.
