Description
This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) to Non-Profit Operators to submit proposals for the provision of providing Supportive Housing Operator Services for Single Room Occupancy (SRO) Supportive Housing Building located in Lower Mainland, BC in compliance with requirements of this RFP and PHI SRO Operator Sample Agreement (Appendix 8).

BC Housing intends to hold an Optional Site Visit at 10:00 a.m. PT on May 27, 2024. Proponents who have submitted signed NDA are eligible to attend the site visit. Location and detailed site visit instructions will be provided upon NDA submission. Proponents are quested to RSVP by May 23, 2024 @ 2:00 p.m. PT.
Proponents must submit a signed Appendix 11 – Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to attend the optional site visit and to obtain information about site location including site-specific reports and/or appendices. No submission will be accepted from proponents who did not submit the signed NDA. The deadline for submitting the signed NDA is: May 17, 2024 @ 2:00 p.m. PT.
Proposals must be submitted electronically through BC Bid to www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca. Proposals submitted in any other manner will not be considered.
