Description
This Request for Pre-qualification (RFPQ) is an invitation by the BC Housing Management Commission (BC Housing) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of providing Operating Services for temporary winter shelters initiated by BC Housing within the Province of British Columbia, as further described in Part 2 - The Deliverables.
