BC Ferries requires dry-docking facilities, and repairs, modifications, and refit services (collectively the “Services”) for its three categories of vessels – minor, intermediate and major vessels (collectively the “Vessels”). The routine maintenance requirements for the Vessels are planned on a 10+ year rolling master schedule, and the emergency repair requirements are on an as and when required basis.

RFEOI # 03-01-2024 (the “RFEOI”) was posted on BC Bid to (1) solicit information from the market and (2) to gain an understanding of market interest for the Services and market accessibility. In accordance with the RFEOI and based on the information received from the Respondents, BC Ferries is proceeding with this NOI procurement process with the intention to award Master Services Agreements (“MSA”) for the Services to the Suppliers.

Note that it is the Supplier's responsibility to check BC Bid for additional posted documents e.g., addendum and Q&A documents that may be issued up until the closing date and time.
