CMS (Curriculum Management System)

The scope of this project is to purchase and implement a curriculum management system (CMS) that supports NAIT’s credit and non-credit curriculum and program information. The proposed system must integrate with NAIT’s student information system Campus Solutions. Specifically, the solution must support both NAIT’s programs and schools in the oversight of curriculum and also produce reports for areas across NAIT. The proposed system will permit the creation and editing of course outlines (sometimes referred to as syllabi) and program maps with a customizable workflow. The course outlines produced should be searchable by element and the system should produce customizable reports. The purpose of this Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP) is to invite qualified vendors to submit proposals for the solution(s) described in this document and in the requirements appendix. The new system must provide the tools needed to be responsive to increasing demands for efficiency, accountability, and regulatory compliance. Creative future-looking proposals are encouraged.
