This Expression of Interest is open to all interested bidders. The City seeks information including but not limited to: - Market returns on renewable assets - Expected market returns on new renewable developments within city limits - Expected market returns in other jurisdictions - Barriers to development within city limits (tax, regulatory, or otherwise) - Levels of incentives required to attract development within city limits - Most appropriate mechanism for incentivizing renewable development - Cost per MW for renewable developments - Operating costs for renewable developments - Any other information relevant to renewable development - Market capability to develop renewable assets on Eligible Brownfield Sites within city limits - Respondent previous experience with similar projects This procurement process is not intended to create, and will not create a formal, legally binding process.
