23-1570 Calgary Transit On Demand Transit Services

Find this Opportunity here : http://discovery.ariba.com/rfx/16528804 The City of Calgary (The City) is seeking proposals from experienced Proponents for a solution with proven capabilities to provide on demand transit service which is also know as “microtransit” or “demand responsive” public transit services. Proponents will demonstrate they have proven experience in providing mobility services, achieving excellent customer satisfaction ratings, and safe operations for staff and customers. Proponents will also be responsible for supplying a cloud/SaaS technology solution that has been proven in multiple real-world applications, that meets the requirements of The City, and has received high customer satisfaction ratings. See Appendix F for more details on Deliverables. The City intends to enter into an Agreement with one Proponent for the provision of all components as described above. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. The Agreement will be for an Initial Term of 5 year(s). The Agreement may be renewed as follows: The Agreement(s) may be renewed 1 time(s) for additional 5 Year(s), not to exceed maximum 10 years in total. If the Agreement is renewed, pricing during renewal will be negotiated and price change will require substantiation with written/electronic documentation. The system will require upgrades and maintenance through the lifecycle of the contract as part of this agreement and with no additional cost to The City. The Agreement will not include a POC.
