Painting Services

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Civida to prospective respondents to submit quotations for painting services at various Civida-managed residential properties within the City of Edmonton and surrounding area as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). Civida’s property portfolio is split into eight (8) property districts within the City of Edmonton and area and are subject to change from time to time. The services under this RFQ are required on an as and where needed basis. The districts have been divided into two (2) service areas (“Service Area”) as follows: • Service Area 1 (Property Districts A, C, D, and E) • Service Area 2 (Property Districts B, F, G, and H) A respondent may submit pricing for more than one Service Area; however, it is Civida’s intent to enter into a two-year contract with two (2) respondents. The successful contractor will be the primary contractor for the allocated Service Area; however, Civida reserves the right to issue Work Orders to both successful contractors during high demand periods. While the primary work under this RFQ is maintenance related, Civida may also invite the successful contractors to quote on capital maintenance projects. Capital maintenance projects or other project work will not be awarded by Service Area.
