This Work includes the supply of all labour, materials, equipment and services required to complete the construction of shared pathways and local street bikeways. The Work includes, but is not limited to the following: Mobilization and demobilization Traffic and pedestrian accommodation and staging Work Site management including temporary construction facilities, security, and protection of existing utilities Tree protection and tree preservation plans Removal of existing concrete walk, curb and gutter, curb ramps, median islands, etc. Construction of new asphalt and concrete shared pathways Construction of new concrete sidewalks, curb and gutter, v-gutter, curb ramps, median islands, slab-on medians, and commercial crossings Construction of continuous crossings Pavement milling and overlay, road reconstruction, and gutter fill Removal, abandonment, and installation of drainage infrastructure including catch basins, catch basin manholes, CB/CBMH leads, and perched manholes Removal, relocation, and installation of street lights Removal and installation of chain link fencing Landscape remediation of disturbed areas including topsoil and sod Tree planting Work Site cleanup Warranty and maintenance Final inspection and Contract closeout
