Alberta Energy Regulator - Request for Quotes - General Building Electrical Services

The AER Finance Branch, Workplace Services is seeking quotes from one or more vendors for general building electrical maintenance, inspection, repair, demolition, and installation services to our office(s) and warehouse(s) located in Calgary and Edmonton further detailed in Appendix 2 of the ITQ. The successful Respondent will submit all pricing information using the template in Appendix 3 for one or both Primary Location(s) (defined below), clearly stating which of the following location(s) the pricing applies to: • All Calgary and Edmonton locations or; • All (3) primary Calgary locations or; • Both primary Edmonton locations The length of any initial agreement resulting from this ITQ will be TWO (2) YEARS (“The Term”) from date of official acceptance and award by the AER. If required, and when mutually agreeable between the parties, additional services may be renewed under the same or similar terms and conditions for a successive TWO (2) year period (“Renewal Term”), which shall be in effect for not more than TWO (2) Renewal Terms. The total length of any contract resulting from this proposal shall not exceed SIX (6) years. Note that AER reserves the right to split the award for Primary Locations. Please note that the AER may add or remove service locations within each City over the term of the contract resulting from this ITQ. Any additional locations would require the services contemplated under this ITQ.
