Civida - Negotiated Request for Proposal - Bulk Items Disposal Services

Civida is seeking up to three (3) qualified contractors to provide collection, removal and disposal services for various household goods and items, litter, garbage, refuse, or other waste material abandoned at Civida-managed residential properties within the City of Edmonton and surrounding area as further described in this RFP. Large goods and waste items placed beside a dumpster will not be picked up by the City of Edmonton Waste Services and become the responsibility of Civida to arrange disposal of. Household goods and items abandoned within the exterior perimeter and interior of units also become the responsibility of Civida to arrange disposal of. It is paramount that Civida partners with contractors who are client-focused, responsive, and quality-conscious to minimize disruption to tenants. This is a critical service to Civida to ensure our properties are well maintained, neat in appearance, and safe for our tenants. The services required under this RFP will be required as regular scheduled weekly visits and on an on-demand basis which will be initiated by a Purchase Order.
