Red Deer Polytechnic - Request for Quotes - Asphalt Services Provider

This Request for Quote (RFQ) is an invitation by Red Deer Polytechnic (RDP) to submit offers for the provision an asphalt services provider to perform asphalt surfaces including but not limited to roadways, trails, sidewalks/payments and parking lots at RDP’s campuses on an “as needed” basis. It is RDP’s intention to enter into the Form of Agreement attached as Appendix A to this RFQ with only one (1) legal entity. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of five (5) years with an option in favor of RDP to extend the agreement on the same or similar terms and conditions for an additional two (2) year term. It is anticipated that the agreement will commence on August 15, 2024. Pre-existing work scheduled is to be done by the current incumbent. Mandatory Requirement: Respondents who do not comply with the following mandatory criteria will be disqualified without further consideration given. Each proposal MUST include completion of the:  Submission Form (Attachment #2), completed and signed by an authorized representative of the respondent.
