    Description
    1. This Request for Standing Offer is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories: RFPQ 06-006 • Architectural; or • Building Sciences; or • Building Structural; or • Building Mechanical; or • Building Electrical 2. Coordinating Registered Professional Architect and a multi-disciplinary team will be required to provide any of the following preliminary and detailed design work: architectural and building envelope, structural, mechanical, and electrical. Construction engineering services is also required. The City is intending to select up to three (3) firms to enter into a standing offer Master Agreement. 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4.Each Master Agreement will have a term of three (3) years. The term of any Service Level Agreement entered into under a Master Agreement will have a term appropriate to the completion of the Requirements set out therein.
