We offer a wide range of the trenchless installations (HDD, pipe ramming, auger boring, guided boring) as well as Drilling Fluids Management and Solids Waste Disposal. We have developed a great working network with experts in various fields as well as subtrades to offer a full turnkey solution for our clients, if requested. To maintain our company's aboriginal engagement requirements, Paladin will use the resources of its aboriginal division, "ARC Trenchless Solutions Inc." to assist in this area. ARC is a registered first nations company with Procurement Strategies for Aboriginal Businesses (PSAB); Circle for Aboriginal Relations (CFAR); and Canadian Council for Aboriginal Businesses (CCAB). ARC is currently working with industry, federal/provincial government bodies, and various First Nations groups on the development of a mentoring program to provide education and work experience to aboriginal youth interested in a career in the trenchless/construction management industries.
