Goldgrab Leadership Coaching (GLC) is an associate-based leadership development boutique with experience providing organizations with executive coaching for talent development, leadership capacity-building and organizational performance improvement. Programs include Leadership Coaching, Career Management Coaching and Onboarding Coaching. For almost three decades, Goldgrab Leadership has consistently served as a Leadership Talent Services Vendor of Record for leaders in the Ontario Public Service, a relationship that has endured with each successful competition.
