IDEA - Inclusivity, Diversity, Equity, Accessibility. I am a certified executive coach and a member of the ICF. I count on my Master's level expertise in interdisciplinary studies and in industrial and organizational psychology to guide me as I coach individuals, and teams or consult with organizations over the transitions that they are facing. I am also a person with a mobility disability, which is why I advocate to include Accessibility within the context of DEI initiatives, hence IDEA. Accessibility is often overlooked within the context of DEI. As I consult with different organizations, I offer a unique perspective that is accepted and appreciated by those who have worked with me.
