Model validation of flood risk models

Expertise includes model validation of flood and fire risk with a special focus on Canada. Current projects include testing predictive flood risk results generated by Morningstar Sustainalytics for assets across Canada, at an asset level. Primary services offered include working closely with flood modellers to identify data noise and suggest alternative algorithms to fine tune predictive results. Additional services offered include authoring audit documents on methodology and results of physical risk perils such as flood, fire, extreme winds and landslides. Financial institutions that are mandated by OSFI's climate risk return guidelines (B-15) are our current clients.
