Experienced as a helicopter experimental test pilot

I provide consulting support for aircraft evaluation and testing with experience in military and civil aviation. I have been involved extensively in the Department of National Defence (DND) procurement process both as a consultant and an officer. I have also worked in support of certification activities at the Directorate of Technical Airworthiness and Engineering Service (DTAES) at DND. Some of my clients included Canadian Department of National Defence, Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Transport Canada, Coast Guard, Off Shore Helicopters and foreign/domestic defence companies.
