The classic example I provide is the work we do for AAA (American Automobile Association); prior to onboarding Fullintel, their previous vendors were providing reports full of completely irrelevant mentions about AAA Beef, AAA Baseball, and AAA batteries. Although ChatGPT and Google Bard have made huge impacts in the communications industry, AI is still not yet at a level to accurate provide translation and media monitoring in the industry due to all the nuances in coverage. Our analysts work daily to curate and remove all the irrelevant hits and noise resulting in executive-ready reports containing clean data. Many monitoring software vendors also miss a lot of coverage that comes from trade publications, regional/local outlets, and content behind paywalls. With our analysts, we continuously work with clients to make sure that we're always up to date with the correct publications and social media accounts.
