Since 2018, The Smart Woman has been delivering programs and services that support gender equality and women’s career advancement in decision-making. Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women and Girls is our core area of work. We work with multilateral partners and engage with the private sector in the areas of: Research and Analysis Policy Development and Implementation Program and Project Management Training Tools, Facilitation and Capacity Building Evaluation and Monitoring We use the Gender Based Analysis Plus method and our approach is fully aligned with Canada’s Feminist International Assistance Strategy (FIAP) (for international development projects).
