The Principal of Paragon Resolutions (Adjudicare), Peter Bowal, is a highly experienced lawyer, adjudicator, collaborative interest-based mediator and arbitrator. He has served as a full time tenured Professor of Business Law for decades and a part time Presiding Justice of the Peace for twelve years. He is a national expert on whistleblowing policies and systems and has also served as an 'on call' advisor and educator relating to legislation and human rights. Paragon contracts to do all forms of private or public sector adjudication, including on an expedited basis and a guaranteed 30 day turnaround for final reasoned written decisions. Peter Bowal at Paragon Adjudicare has also conducted investigations on an ad hoc basis but to date has been reluctant to bid on larger projects encompassing the management and enforcement of workplace HR policies due to limited capacity. He is looking to join with another high-integrity, professional firm to bid on larger independent workplace policy HR education, management, investigation and enforcement work. Virtual work is preferred by Paragon Adjudicare is also available for in-person, onsite work in this scope.
